Terms and Conditions

Recovery

You the buyer are solely responsible for arranging your own roadside and recovery policy. We as a dealer are not responsible for your recovery requirements once the car has been collected. You the buyer are solely responsible for the costs of recovery under your chosen breakdown provider. We the dealer are not responsible for any recovery costs incurred in the event of a breakdown.

Deposit

All deposits left to secure a vehicle are non-refundable and left of your own free will. We the dealer are not responsible for your decision to purchase/not purchase any vehicle presented to you. You the buyer accept that leaving a deposit to secure a vehicle and removing it from sale is your commitment to purchasing your chosen car. Should you change your mind, you the buyer accept that you have forfeited your deposit to the dealer in way of compensation for loss of business by removing a car from sale without the commitment to purchase the vehicle.

Warranty

You the buyer are solely responsible for arranging claims and diagnosis for any repairs approved by the warranty company. The process of opening the claim until the payout date may take up to 21 days or more, which means you may have to cover the cost of repairs upfront and claim the money from the warranty company.

Returns

All returns are subject to agreement between the buyer and the trader/seller. All refunds take up to 14 business days for payment to be sent back to the buyer. The goods must be returned in acceptable condition for refunds to take place. Refunds may be subject to reduction. Please see the front page of the contract of sale.

Wear and Tear

You the buyer accept full financial responsibility for any parts not included under the terms of the warranty once you have taken possession of the vehicle. We the dealer are not responsible for your car maintenance requirements and as such hold no responsibility for the financial cost to repair/replace parts deemed as wear and tear under the terms of your warranty.

Motor Insurance

We the dealer are not responsible for the arrangement of your own motor insurance policy and as such hold no financial responsibility once you have taken ownership of the vehicle.
